Living the Natural Life

November 22nd, 2012 | Posted by Angela Roberts in Homeschool | Natural Parenting

I have so many things to be grateful for in my life.  I am forever grateful for my family.  I am grateful that I have both of my grandmothers earthside and that they have met all of my children.  I am grateful to be married to my best friend.  I am grateful for all of my amazing friends.  I am grateful for the Earth and all that it provides.  I am grateful for love.  The list goes on and on.

This year though I have something new to be grateful for.  I am grateful for this blog.  A few years ago a friend mentioned that I should blog.  I laughed, I barely knew what a blog was!  I began to read and follow a few blogs.  I decided to go for it, I started Earth Mamas World.  It has been a little over a year since I wrote my first post.  I have learned so much in this first year about myself and about blogging, I am excited for my second year!

There were many times when I felt to busy to sit down at the computer to type even a recipe but I am so glad that I did. There has been a lot of change in my family’s life this year.  My husband took a new job that takes him away from home six weeks at a time.  In those quiet moments while the kids are playing quietly or sleeping blogging has been a wonderful outlet, it allows me the opportunity to write (venting somethimes) and reflect.

I am becoming more comfortable in this online blogging world.  I know that I will be sharing much more of my life in the upcoming year. I will write more about living naturally and parenting peacefully.

I am grateful for fiends thta I have met through this blog (Jessica).  I am thankful for discovering a group of like minded people, (Natural Parents Network).  I have been inspired in so many way.  I am grateful for so much.

Thanksgiving is here and I am grateful.  Too much to list in this post.  My heart is full of gratitude, I am a very lucky lady.

This year I have something new to add to my gratitude list….blogging.

Is there something new this year that you are grateful for?
