I enjoy cooking and love eating real foods. I honestly find pleasure in creating new recipes and am thrilled when my family enjoys the new dishes. I have always enjoyed cooking, I didn’t always prepare healthy meals, but now that I cook real food I find it much more satisfying because I know that I am feeding my family delicious, healthy, real foods.
We began to switch the way that we looked at and prepared foods several years ago. We eliminated processed foods from our diet gradually. Once we ran out of an item I would replace it with a healthier homemade version. Of course, we allow for some indulgences but overall we have been diligent in eating real unprocessed foods.
