This is such an easy dish to make. The kids love it and it makes a ton so you can freeze some for an easy dinner another night. We often eat it for lunches throughout the week as well. You can mix it up and make it with chicken as well.
Here is what you need: 3 pounds boneless pork ribs (often called boneless country ribs), 14 ounces of broth (I usually use homemade stock), 20 ounces of barbecue sauce (more or less to your liking)
Here is what you do: Place the ribs into your slow cooker then pour broth over. Cook on low heat for 8 hours, or more. Remove the meat and shred. You can use two forks to shred the meat or what I do is place it in a food processor for about 10 seconds. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the shredded pork into a glass dish then stir in barbecue sauce. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve on a bun and enjoy!
